CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on 1/7/2025 and ends when the Kansas City Chiefs lose a professional football game during the 2024-2025 NFL season (the "Contest Period").

HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter:

• In-Store Entry: Visit Rusty Drewing Toyota at 2105 Christy Dr, Jefferson City, MO 65101 during regular business hours and complete an official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
• Online Entry: Visit https://www.rustydrewingtoyota.com/kick-to-win.htm and complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person total.
• Facebook Live Entry: Tune in to Rusty Drewing Toyota's "Kick it to Win it" Facebook Live event every Friday during the Contest Period. Follow the instructions provided during the live stream to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person per Facebook Live event.

PRIZES: Prizes will vary throughout the Contest Period. General prize categories include Chiefs-branded merchandise (e.g., jerseys, hats, tailgating gear), gift cards, and experiences (e.g., tickets to Chiefs games). As the Kansas City Chiefs advance in the NFL playoffs, higher-value prizes may be awarded, including playoff tickets, conference championship tickets with field passes, and potentially Super Bowl tickets. The specific prizes available will be announced on Rusty Drewing Toyota's website and social media channels.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected using the following method:

• For contests that involve guessing an outcome with a statistic (e.g., score predictions or performance metrics), the winner will be the participant whose guess is closest to the actual value without exceeding it, in accordance with "The Price Is Right" rules. 
• For other contests or random drawings, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by email or phone (using the information provided on the entry form) within 7 days of the prize drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or is otherwise disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. If a potential winner fails to comply with these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions are allowed. Rusty Drewing Toyota reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

PUBLICITY: By entering this Contest, each entrant grants to Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Contest, in all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rusty Drewing Toyota, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to their participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Missouri. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

PRIVACY: Any personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest and fulfilling prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://www.rustydrewingtoyota.com/tools/complyauto/privacy-policy.htm.

SOCIAL MEDIA: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
